Jeff Coleman serves as Pastor of First Baptist. He is a 1984 graduate of Bastrop High School and served in the U S Army. After returning to Louisiana, He married his wonderful wife Teresa from Downsville, in 1990. God blessed them with 2 daughters, Missy and Hannah. They left Louisiana in 1999 to attend seminary in Memphis, TN and upon completion their family served as church planters in Central Asia. After 10 years of faithful service, The Lord called them back into the pastorate. Jeff and Teresa love being back in North Louisiana, so they can spend as much time as possible with their 3 precious granddaughters. If Jeff is not with those babies or studying God’s Word, you will find him in a deer stand, calling turkeys or on the lake.
